Marion is an Executive Coach , Consultant and Trainer. She has 15 years' experience in business and was a board member for many years.
She was the Founding Director of Working Well, a small and successful health training consultancy which led the first phase of change in the NHS in the 1980's.
As an Executive coach, Marion's focus is on both measurable qualitative and quantitative business result. Her firm belief is that coaching must benefit the business and the individual. If it only benefits one of those, it's not sustainable.
Marion aims for a transformational shift both in the individual and the organisation, through having particularly thought provoking conversations. She has worked successfully with individuals and senior teams in manufacturing industries, and also in Professional Services Firms, Central Government and the NHS
She brings a wide knowledge of tools and techniques to her coaching. She is a Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and of Group Mastery.
